Sheila Talton, president and chief executive at Gray Matter Analytics, has joined the board of directors at Deere & Company.
To her seat on the board, Talton brings 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to her current position at Gray Matter Analytics, Talton worked in consulting at Cisco Systems and EDS. Her expertise is in ?helping technology businesses create and execute global strategies including initiatives focused on big data.?
A graduate of Northern Illinois University and Harvard Business School’s AMP program, Talton is a 2011 TNJ 25 Influential Black Women in Buisness honoree. She is also a founding member of a mentoring organization called the Information Technology Senior Management Forum.?
