Arnold & Porter LLP has announced that Raqiyyah R. Pippins has joined the firm as counsel. She will work out of the Washington, D.C. office.
Prior, she served as senior associate attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP in Washington, D.C.

In her new role, she will focus on FDA regulatory matters, as well as consumer protection and advertising issues before the FTC and state agencies.? She has particular experience representing companies that develop, manufacture and market foods, dietary supplements, over-the-counter drugs, and cosmetics, including in both counseling and enforcement matters.
In an interview with TNJ Senior Editor Sergie Willoughby, Pippins shared, ?As Counsel at Arnold & Porter, I will provide holistic legal advice to companies that specialize in the marketing and sale of food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and OTC drugs. Pippins, 33, earned her her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.? She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University. In 2015, Pippins was named a Network Journal 40 Under Forty award honoree.
