Pat DavidProviding opportunities for women in leadership is critical to the mission of the YWCA of the City of New York (YW), whose programs have empowered New York City women since its inception.

At this month?s 41st Annual Academy of Women Leaders SALUTE Luncheon, Managing Director and Global Head of Diversity at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Patricia A. David was among more than 20 women from some of New York City?s most prestigious companies. She was honored with this year?s Woman of Influence Award.

At JP Morgan, David is responsible for developing and implementing a diversity strategy for the organization in line with the business strategy. David is an active participant in various efforts for under-represented groups in business, and is a thought leader on behalf of several diversity organizations. Accolades include Top Executive in Diversity by Black Enterprise Magazine, induction into the Spelman College Academy of Game Changers, a 2012 25 Influential Black Women in Business honoree by The Network Journal, a Top Diversity Executive by Black Enterprise and one of the Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.
