Kevin Chadwick?s favorite motivational statement says, ?Make an impact, not an impression. Impacts last and impressions don?t.? For 14 years, Chadwick has been making an impact at Northwestern Mutual, a business that helps clients to achieve financial security through life insurance, disability insurance, investment management and other financial services. He began his career at Northwestern Mutual in the dual roles of financial representative and college unit director, a position in which he helped to develop the local office?s internship program. He was appointed managing director in January 2011, with responsibility for the growth, sales and operations of the five county metropolitan areas around Austin. Chadwick has received numerous honors in his tenure at the company, including a Growth Award in his first year as managing director.

The loss of his mother to breast cancer when he was just 3 years old triggered his interest in helping people. That interest is evident both in his professional career as well as in his community- and youth-focused philanthropic efforts. He serves on the boards of Any Baby Can-Austin and Side by Side Kids, and as a football coach for the Lake Travis Youth Association. He also spends time coaching his young daughter?s soccer team. ?One of my long-term goals is to create an organization that focuses on being influential and relevant in the lives of its employees, their families and our community,? he affirms.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor?s degree in economics, Chadwick is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and of The Million Dollar Roundtable, the premier association of financial professionals.
