In a 2013 interview with The Network Journal when she was honored with a “25 Influential Black Women in Business” award, Brown said, ?With the work that I do in diversity and inclusion, I value every small victory because I?m helping women and people of color achieve their career aspirations at the highest levels.”

Brown received her bachelor?s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Albany and her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
