Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce named Eric H. Kearney president and CEO of the organization.
Prior, he served as Ohio Senate minority leader and Ohio Senator for the 9th District. Before his career in politics, he worked in advertising and publishing having launched several businesses in those industries.? From 1995 to 2001, he was a partner at Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC.

“I am humbled and excited to work in this role,” Kearney said in a news release.? “I look forward to working with our stakeholders and membership to connect opportunities that drive positive business outcomes.”
Kearney earned a bachelor?s degree from Dartmouth College and a law degree from University of Cincinnati Law School.
