Booted from her post as CEO of the Oprah Winfrey Network back in May 2011, veteran media executive Christina Norman has landed on her feet in a top spot – executive editor – at Black Voices. The move comes at a time when Black Voices, expected to be re-launched this week by AOL Huffington Post Media Group, is looking to up its cachet by adding high-profile media names to the mix. In her new role at BV, Norman, who served as president of MTV before joining OWN as CEO, will be responsible for content and video programming across the AOL platform. She has a degree in film production from Boston University.
