Candice Morgan, former senior director and consultant of global media services at Catalyst Inc., was named head of diversity at Pinterest. In this role, she leads vision and strategy for Diversity and Inclusion; develops approaches for building and sustaining a diverse pipeline; and supervises D&I team and councils, knitting with managers and teams across the company on inclusive programs, talent management, resource groups and practices.???
She is the company?s first person to hold the title.?
During her tenure at Catalyst which dates back to 2006, she became a recognized expert in change management/organizational transformation in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and talent management
Her career focuses on consulting expertise with leading global organizations across a range of industries – including professional and financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, consumer goods, and technology.
Working on Wall Street and as an expatriate in Z?rich, Switzerland, Morgan has published guides on metrics, strategy, and accountability.
A frequent speaker at global conferences and events, Morgan is fluent in French, German and Spanish. She is also a member of Women Unlimited Alumni group.
A graduate of Stuyvesant high school in NYC, Morgan earned a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration Minor from Carnegie Mellon University. She also earned an MSc, Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University London.
