Cain Hayes was named president of the public sector and labor division at Aetna. In this role, he will assume full operational and financial responsibility for the business, including pricing, underwriting, product development, distribution, and business strategy. Prior to this, he held several executive leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies including senior vice president and chief sales officer for Nationwide Retirement Solutions. Hayes holds a bachelor of science in business administration degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
