Victory Global is blazing a trail as one of the highest-performing small businesses in its niche for more than 15 years, and last year began upgrading the U.S. Air Force?s cybersecurity infrastructure. ?My mentors were committed to cultivating my ability to lead a company, directly impacting technology in support of the U.S. Department of Defense?s American Warfighter Initiatives,? From healing missions and ministry in the U.S. and Brazil to mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs through her initiative, iEntrepreneurTHRIVE, Brown enjoys serving others. Currently, she?s designing a program on running a business during times of personal crisis in suddenly becoming a caregiver of a loved one. She explains, ?While running my business, I was a caregiver of my mother, A. Elizabeth Thomas-Brown, for six years until her death, which activated my calling in ministering comfort and teaching coping skills to the emotionally brokenhearted and hurting.
