Concerns that Greece could fail to qualify for fresh bailout funds are weighing on stocks.

Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke plans to discuss the results of the central bank’s two-day policy meeting at midday Wednesday. Some analysts think the Fed will announce a plan to sell short-term Treasurys and buy longer-term issues in order to push down interest rates on long-term government debt.

Two hours before the opening bell, Dow Jones industrial average futures are up 5 points, or less than 0.1 percent, at 11,340. Standard & Poor’s 500 futures are up 1 point, or 0.1 percent, at 1,196. Nasdaq 100 futures are down less than one point, at 2,296.
