BETTER PRIVACY CONTROLS: Facebook is making a series of changes, including letting you decide whether your friends can attach your name to a photo before it is circulated.
WHY IT MATTERS: Although this won’t affect whether your friend can add that embarrassing photo of you, it can make it more difficult for people to find it in a search.
