ONE MORE: British police have arrested a 41-year-old man in their investigation of phone hacking by the News of the World tabloid. He was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to intercept voice mail messages and pervert the course of justice.
BIGGER PICTURE: More than a dozen News of the World journalists, including former editor Andy Coulson, have been arrested.
A LAWSUIT: Coulson has sued News of the World’s publisher for terminating the payment of his legal fees relating to the scandal. His case is getting underway at London’s High Court. The case is expected to last about a day.
