HOusesNew technology can help you sell your home fast.

According to the 2014 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers published by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a majority of home buyers (92%) search online while 50% use their mobile devices to aid in their home search process. In addition, 43% of home buyers check and evaluate a property online even before visiting it. Taking all of these figures into consideration, it is safe to assume that you can increase your chances of grabbing potential buyers? attention by using modern technology.?

Tech Tools to Increase Your Chances of Selling Your Home
Aside from pricing your property right, giving your home a makeover, and staging your home to give prospective buyers an idea on how they should use the space, you should consider using online tools to help you sell your home fast.

While you can always create a dedicated website (or have a professional create one for you) to advertise your listing, there are still a number of online tools that you can use to accomplish your goal. If you don?t have any idea on which tools to use, consider the following:

RealtyBeacon
The RealtyBeacon app works by sending information right to your potential buyers? iPhone or iPad. Unlike QR (quick response) codes which require prospective buyers to get out of their cars and scan the code to receive the information they need, this app will automatically send details and photos of your property to potential buyers when they pass within 100 feet of the beacon. All you need to do is to stick a small box with a beacon on your main yard sign and the app will do the rest of the work. RealtyBeacon will also be releasing an Android version soon, so watch out for it.

3D Showcase

With 3D Showcase, you can increase your chances of selling your home fast. This online service gives potential buyers a virtual three-dimensional walkthrough of your home?s interior and provides a 3D view of your floor plan. The service also plans on adding design tools to allow potential buyers to redecorate and/or renovate the virtual floor plans of their chosen properties.

Facebook Advertising

Most people are already in Facebook. Since there is a great chance that your prospective buyers are hanging out on the same social media platform, consider using Facebook Ads to target people who live in specific geographic locations. These ads have a local feel to them, so their chances of getting clicked is relatively high.
