President Barack Obama this week endorsed Newark, New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker in Booker’s run for Senate. The special election is set for October 16.
In a statement released this week, Obama said: “Cory Booker has dedicated his life to the work of building hope and opportunity in communities where too little of either existed.”
