Paula Boyd, Microsoft Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs, was named board member at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.?
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2002, Boyd was senior counsel to the Senate Subcommittee on Communications.?She handled issues such as broadband deployment, spectrum management, digital television transition and competition in the local telecommunications marketplace.
She is a graduate of Harvard-Radcliffe College and Harvard Law School.
