Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has added Oikos yogurt to his growing roster of endorsement deals. As the new pitchman for Dannon?s ?Oikos Triple Zero? yogurt, he is charged with bringing male National Football League fans into the yogurt realm.?
?As an athlete, I pay close attention to what I eat ? whether it?s between meals or after working out,? Newton said in a statement. ?Oikos Triple Zero was quite honestly right up my alley ? not only because of its nutritional benefits, but because it tastes good, too.?
The multimillion-dollar media campaign starts January 12.
This is one of several endorsement deals the QB has garnered in the past few years. Just last year, he, along with ballerina Misty Copeland, signed on to promote Under Armour gear.
