Molycorp Inc., down $11.56 at $41.45

A JPMorgan analyst downgraded the miner’s stock to “Neutral” from “Overweight” citing a sharp drop in rare-earth mineral prices.

American Water Works Company Inc., up 67 cents at $30.17

The water and wastewater utility raised its full-year profit guidance thanks to a strong summer and its cost-cutting efforts.

Netflix Inc., down $13.72 at $130.03

Shares of the online movie rental company continued to fall a day after saying it would spilt its DVD-by-mail and streaming businesses.

Kona Grill Inc., up $1.20 at $6.46

The casual dining restaurant operator raised its third quarter revenue and net income guidance citing strong same-store sales.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals Inc., up $3.06 at $46.80

The pharmaceutical company said it is buying privately held Azur Pharma Ltd., which makes drugs for the central nervous system.

Atrinsic Inc., up 89 cents at $3.14

The company said that it is finally offering an application in Apple’s App Store for its digital music subscription service Kazaa.

Electronic Arts Inc., up 4 cents at $22.91

A Sterne Agee analyst said the video game publisher’s “The Sims Social” is on track to possibly being the No. 1 game on Facebook.
