On Wednesday, March 26, 2014, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources-Greater New York (NAAAHR-GNY), celebrated Women’s History Month with a special event, “Women in Leadership: Innovation and Transformation.” The meeting featured four executive-level women with Elisa Leary, director of Human Resources, Macy?s.com, as the moderator. The panelists were Sally Ali, chief talent officer at DDB Worldwide Communications; Rosalind McLymont, executive editor, The Network Journal; and Celeste Lynn, executive coach and HR consultant.
