According to the reports, Mohamed Sabry Soliman is an Egyptian national who has been overstaying his visa in the United States of America. The sources that Fox News cited from Homeland Security and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources suggest that Soloman entered the United States during Biden’s administration. He arrived in the US on a non-resident visa in 2022 and was authorized to stay only until the 2nd of February, 2023. However, he never left and filed a claim with US Citizenship and Immigration Services and was granted work authorization on the 29th of March 2023. The authorization was valid only until March 2025.

The Boulder, Colorado, attack took place this Sunday when a volunteer group called Run For Their Lives was gathered along with some demonstrators at the Pearl Street pedestrian mall. They were raising awareness regarding the hostages who remain in Gaza amid the war between Israel and Hamas. Viral footage of the attack showcases Mohamed Sabry Soliman in jeans and sunglasses attacking the demonstrators using a makeshift flamethrower. Soliman was heard yelling “Free Palestine” and “End Zionists” in the video. 

What Did the FBI Say About The Boulder, Colorado Attack 

The leaders of the FBI called the Boulder, Colorado, attack an act of terrorism, while the Justice Department considers it a needless act of violence. FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino took over his X account and stated that this “act of terror” is currently under investigation as an act of “ideologically motivated violence” based on the early evidence and statements of witnesses. He further added that the FBI will speak clearly on the incident whenever the facts warrant it.
