He reported in his statement that the woman’s attorney had informed him that the Plaintiff was withdrawing her complaint. The letter was reportedly dated 7th of March 2025. It addressed the judge Mitchell Katz who was hearing both sides. It is officially confirmed that the rape case is now dropped without any financial compensation. This means Tyson does not have to pay the $5 million the woman demanded.
Darren Seilback’s Statement
Darren Seilback who is the attorney representing the woman in the case did not make any immediate statement about the withdrawal.
