    Kentucky State
University, Kentucky’s smallest public university, has proud history as one of the
    country’s first black colleges.

Its 900-acre campus features historic and state-of-the-art
buildings, and its location in the state’s capital allows KSU, one of the
Historical Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU), to offer unique government
    internships.

African American University KSU has progressed to become the most
diverse public institution in the state.
