In rare cases, the IRS makes mistakes. It doesn?t happen often, but it
happens. Recently, the IRS had to revoke a federal tax lien it had filed against
singer Dionne Warwick in 2009. It alleged that Warwick owed a whopping $2.2 million in back taxes dating back to the ’90s. The singer checked it out and proved the IRS wrong. ?
