Does the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus provide value for your money?

The verdict is in. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are definitely the best iPhones ever made so far. In fact, expert gadget reviewers from leading publications such as WSJ.com, CNET, The New York Times and USA Today, claimed that the new iPhones are now considered as the best smartphones money can buy.

Full Phone Specifications
The two new iPhones feature larger screens, ultra thin bodies (the iPhone 6 is only 6.9 mm while the iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1 mm), soft, rounded corners and a completely new iPad-style design. Both phones feature shatter-proof glass and oleophobic coating, and are available in space gray, silver and gold. The iPhone 6 pricing starts at $199 while the iPhone 6 Plus starts at $299.

Phone display. The iPhone 6 has a 4.7-inch display with a 1334 x 750 resolution while the 6 Plus has a 5.5-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Compared to the iPhone 5s, the iPhone 6 has 38% more pixels while the 6 Plus has 185% more. Both models also have curved glass retina HD displays, making them easier to swipe from the edges.

Chipset. The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus both have the new 20 nm A8 chipset system which has one billion more transistors as compared to the previous A7 chipset system in the 5s. This means that it can deliver up to 25% more processing power and provide 50% better graphics performance than the iPhone 5s. In addition, it is also 50% more energy efficient than the A7.

Connectivity.
Both models come with 802.11 ac Wi-Fi connection which is three times faster than the iPhone 5s, and can support up to 20 LTE bands.

Battery life. Apple claims that the 1,800mAh cell battery in the iPhone 6 can provide up to 10 days of standby battery life, 14 hours of talk time, 50 hours of music play and/or 10 hours of LTE web browsing. On the other hand, the 2,915mAh unit installed in the iPhone 6 Plus can provide up to 16 days of standby time, 24 hours of talk time, 80 hours of music play and/or 12 hours of continuous LTE web browsing.

Camera. Both models feature an 8 megapixel iSight camera with an f/2.2 aperture, dual-LED flash and upgraded photo sensor that can provide faster autofocus and facial recognition capabilities. It also promises improved tone mapping and better noise reduction.
