TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) ? Insight Enterprises Inc., a provider of hardware, software and service-technology solutions, said Monday that it will acquire Ensynch, a technology services firm that is a top provider of Microsoft Corp. solutions.
Terms were not disclosed.
Ensynch’s services revenue in 2010 was $16.2 million, Insight said.
The deal is expected to close in 30 days.
Gene Holmquist, the chief executive of Tempe, Ariz.-based Ensynch, will join Insight as vice president of software sales while chief operating officer Stan Lequin will become vice president of national professional services.
Insight said Ensynch’s technical skills will help Insight provide clients with complete software solutions, citing its expertise in cloud computing solutions and desktop virtualization.
Insight shares fell 39 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $16.51 Monday.
