Add tech entrepreneur to Will.i.am?s list of accomplishments. The award-winning music producer and founding member/frontman of The Black Eyed Peas has created a smart watch that does a variety of things, most notably, offer its wearer options.
The device is called the PULS and it does way more than tell time. It also contains a music player; fitness tracker that keeps track of your steps, weight and calories burned; a GPS map system; and social network sites. It can hold 1 GB of memory, 16 GB storage, bluetooth connectivity, and runs on a proprietary OS.
It also has the capability to call and send text messages without a phone.
And this isn’t will.i.am’s first foray in the tech world. Last year, he signed a deal with Intel to promote tech in inner cities.
