Despite website problems with HealthCare.gov that have persisted the past few weeks, President Barack Obama asked Americans to look at the plus side of the Affordable Care Act. The landmark initiative got off to a rocky start last month when its launch was rife with computer glitches. After an aggressive push to fix the internal errors, it was reported this week that thousands of people successfully signed up for health care.
