In sports business news, retired 18-year basketball veteran Grant Hill, who has played for the Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, and Los Angeles Clippers, and his business partners have purchased the Atlanta Hawks. The big purchase was made by Hill and business people Antony Ressler, Richard Schnall, Sara Blakely and Jesse Itzler.
?We are honored and thrilled to have been chosen to become the new stewards of the Hawks, we are incredibly excited by the Hawks? success and wish them luck in the playoffs,? Ressler said in a statement released recently.
