CHICAGO (AP) ? Grains futures rose in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery gained 13 cents to $6.17 a bushel; December corn added 13.75 cents to $6.015 a bushel; and November soybeans rose 7 cents to $11.67 a bushel. December oats were unchanged at $3.245 a bushel;
Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle added 0.90 cent to $1.2245 a pound; November feeder cattle rose 0.60 cent to $1.4150 a pound; and December lean hogs gained 0.90 cent to 87.75 cents a pound.
