At schools across the nation, the percentage of African American college students graduating has increased significantly in the past few years. According to a recent study by The Education Trust, enrollment is up nationwide and at Northeastern University in particular, rates among African American students have increased by 27.4 percentage points over the past decade.
The report also indicated the schools that have shown the most progress in this area are Stony Brook, UNC-Greensboro and Northeastern.???
