She’s taking a page from Al Roker.
Morning-show star Robin Roberts has launched her own production company ? dropping the bombshell news on Wednesday?s ?Good Morning America.?
?I?m thinking about my mom and dad,? Roberts said on ?GMA? Wednesday. ?They (always) wanted me to do this ? to be on the creative end of things. I?ve been in broadcasting for over 30 years, so I?m very, very excited about it.?
Like Roker, who launched Al Roker Entertainment in 1994 and has gone on to produce shows for Food Network, Weather Channel, Lifetime and other outlets ? Roberts? company, Rock?n Robin Productions, has an ambitious slate of projects and is looking to grow.
