Automotive industry leader Supplier Success, a company that focuses on diversity markets and assisting diverse businesses, recently named Glenda Gill vice president. She will be based in Los Angeles.
“We are very fortunate to have Glenda, who has nearly two decades of expertise in the auto industry, on our team,” said Louis Green, CEO of Supplier Success. “No one is better suited to deliver cutting-edge supplier finance solutions to an industry that badly needs them. And no one will fight harder for the well being of diverse suppliers,” added Mr. Green.
Prior to joining the company, Gill spent 17-plus years at Rev. Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition. In that role, she served as Executive Director of the Rainbow PUSH Automotive Project, a program promoting minority inclusion in hiring, boardroom representation, purchasing, and consumer relations across the auto industry. During Gills tenure there, the Automotive Project negotiated over $4 billion in business contracts for more than 100 minority businesses. She also served as lead negotiator in Toyota’s 21st Century Diversity Strategy, a ten year, $7.8 Billion initiative.
