According to a Gallup poll taken from May 10 to May 13, first lady Michelle Obama is liked by 66 percent of Americans. This is up 12 percent from 2008 when she scored a 54 percent favorable ranking.
In the same poll taken earlier this month, her husband President Barack Obama scored a 52 percent rating, but according to poll experts, this is par for the course. Though there is no statistical data on likeability polls of first ladies before Hillary Clinton, first ladies are generally more popular than their spouses.??
Clearly, Michelle Obama is no exception.???
