    Recognize Outstanding Community Leaders

    Six Ice Cold Leaders to be Recognized through Online Voting Process

    CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
    Coors Light? fans can now honor exceptional community
    leaders, by casting their votes in the inaugural Coors Light Ice Cold
    Leader program. 100
    Black Men of America, Inc.
    , a national organization committed to
    enhancing educational and economic opportunities for African-American
    men, teamed with Coors Light to identify exemplary community ambassadors
    for the Ice Cold Leader award.

    Consumers from across the U.S. can vote for nominees hailing from
    Atlanta, Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, New Orleans and Mobile,
    which were selected based upon their ability to lead by example,
    motivate others and create or inspire positive living and innovation,
    with lasting effects on their communities. Consumers are encouraged to
    visit the Ice Cold Leader microsite (www.IceColdLeader.com),
    to learn about each contestant and cast their vote for the
    most-deserving candidate in each city. Online voting will close on March
    15, 2012 and the winners will be drawn at the end of March and announced
    in early April. The Ice Cold Leader program will culminate with a series
    of celebratory receptions, honoring each winner, in their respective
    city.

    Participating retail locations will display signage to drive online
    consumer voting. The Ice Cold Leader program was established by Coors
    Light to toast to achievement, by recognizing leaders making a positive
    impact on their communities. As part of the partnership with 100 Black
    Men of America, Inc., Coors Light will make a donation of $100,000 to
    the national chapter and participating local chapters.
