Complex NTWRK, a leading New York City-based platform for global youth culture and music lifestyle, announced three key executive promotions to its Brand Partnerships division to further strengthen and fuel momentum.

Mike Tresvant was promoted to executive vice president, Brand Partnerships, from senior vice president. In his elevated role, he will continue to build and steer the strategic sales and brand partnerships vision for Complex and will continue reporting to Complex President Moksha Fitzgibbons. Tresvant has played a central role in Complex’s growth, pioneering high-impact sales strategies and shepherding the company through its most successful commercial year to date. Under his leadership, Complex has secured historic brand deals and achieved record sales, reinforcing its position as a leader in youth culture and media. Tresvant holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from Clark Atlanta University.

Kirsten Atkinson was promoted to senior vice president of Brand Partnerships and Sales, West Coast. A highly respected advertising and media executive with more than two decades of experience, Atkinson is known for spearheading groundbreaking partnerships that embed brands directly into culture. Since joining Complex in 2021, she has played a pivotal role in navigating the company through two acquisitions and reshaping its approach to brand partnerships. For the past three and a half years, Atkinson has been a driving force behind Complex’s innovative brand collaborations and will continue to lead her team in high-profile brand partnership deals, overseeing sales strategy for the West Coast office. A Clark Atlanta University alum with a bachelor’s degree in mass media arts and public relations, she will also continue to oversee Complex global revenue, reporting to Tresvant.

Christopher White joins Complex as senior vice president of Brand Partnerships and Sales, East Coast. A seasoned revenue strategist with a track record of securing major deals across the media, sports, and entertainment landscape, White returns to Complex following a senior leadership role at The SpringHill Company. He brings nearly two decades of expertise in media sales and brand partnerships. He will report to Tresvant and manage brand partnership sales for key East Coast relationships.
