The Nigerian American Agricultural Empowerment Program (NAAEP) and the African Women?s Health Project International (AWHPI) in collaboration with Embassy of Nigeria, DC/ the Federal Republic of Nigeria cordially presents the Arkansas ? Nigeria Economic Development Forum and Award Ceremonies with the theme: United for Change: Working Together to Improve Health, Agriculture, Education, and Economic Development.
This networking think-tank strive to focus on how improving the Healthcare delivery, Agricultural revamping, Educational Reforming, and development of the youth can greatly improve the economic development of a Nation. First, we will reflect on the current state of Health and Education for Nigeria and explore collaborations between the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and selected Medical Schools in Nigeria, and secondly, to examine the Arkansas model of Agricultural skills training that has been successfully developed, and implemented to address the serious skills and human resources shortage of competent commercial farmers in developing agriculture. We will also honor our delegates with special Awards conferred by the Great State of Arkansas and the City of Little Rock.
