Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Roseboro provided guidance in human resources to Fortune 500 companies. Those clients included Genworth Financial, Whirlpool Corp., Manpower International and Rockwell Automation. Her innovative approach to diversity and inclusion has received recognition from publications such as Diversityinc, Diversity Best Practices and Black Enterprise. While she appreciates these accolades, she derives a strong sense of pride from ?the ability to help talented people get to the next level.?
