Amazon.com, Kodak, Delta are big market movers

Boeing Co., up 47 cents at $70.63

The aircraft maker’s quarterly profit rose almost 20 percent as it delivered more expensive planes. It raised its 2011 guidance.

Delta Air Lines Inc., down 41 cents at $7.61

The airline will reduce its flying more than planned later this year as it cuts costs to make up for higher fuel prices.

Corning Inc., down $1.25 at $16.04

The maker of glass for LCD TVs said consumer demand was slowing for the TVs, and cut its glass production forecast.

Wyndham Worldwide Corp., up 56 cents at $34.73

The hotel chain said increasing leisure travel helped propel quarterly profit 20 percent, and it raised its outlook for the year.

Amazon.com Inc., up $8.34 at $222.52

The online retailer reported stronger-than expected results for the second quarter, including a 51 percent revenue increase.

Juniper Networks Inc., down $6.51 at $24.66

The computer networking gear maker forecast a lackluster third quarter as Internet providers, its customers, hold back on spending.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals Inc., up $6.50 at $32.50 The drug maker’s quarterly revenue hit a record because of strong demand for its multiple sclerosis treatment.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc., down $4.75 at $34.50

The restaurant chain cut its 2011 outlook, saying it expects that a key sales measure to decline and labor costs will rise.
