Amazon Class-action Refund Lawsuit In The Court

Returns on Amazon are also the main point of focus of a potential class-action lawsuit in which many customers of Amazon say they were recharged for an item after they had returned it. Amazon countered back with the argument that it may re-charge and reverse the refund if it did not send them the correct items. They can also do so if the items received are in bad condition. Last month, a federal judge from Seattle denied the company’s dismissal request of the case, which is still in the discovery process.
