On Monday, March 30, the Amas Musical Theater held its annual benefit concert and honored actor Norm Lewis and musical director and arranger Danny Holgate. Lewis and Holgate were presented with the ?Rosie? award named for actress Rosetta LeNoire, founder of the Amas Musical Theater.
Sponsored by HBO, Three Mo? Tenors and PWC, among others, the 46th anniversary event was held at the Baruch Performing Arts Center in New York City. TNJ Senior Editor Sergie Willoughby covered the event.
