42nd Annual West Indian American Carnival

The West Indian AMerican Carnival Association celebrated its 42nd annual parade and fair duirng Labor Day in Brooklyn. The event brought over 2 million people to the festivities, in addition to politicians, community advocates, and business leaders to celebrate west Indian heritage.
